…. and it was well past time for a new one as our old one is at least 30 years old. it’s still worked for its intended purposes, but it was just so strange and old looking and there was absolutely no more nonstick to any of it. But this new one has got a great finish in the pan that will prevent most of the sticking from happening. Overall is a very decent roasting pan, especially for the price tag.

Was surprised to discover that this pan was induction capable. I first tested with a magnet. Passed. Then I placed it across two burners on my Bosch induction cooktop. Heated up nicely. Browned a flat brisket on both sides on medium heat. One caveat is that it has small raised feet, which elevates it slightly. Did not seem to effect performance for me though.

Very good size. The rack is well made and sturdy. Looks really nice too. Its not heavy either so makes moving food easy.

As soon as I opened the box I noticed black dust everywhere. Then, I noticed the coating was coming off of the pan! Also, the rack pictured is square and the one I received was oval and didn’t fit very well. Returning & going with another company. Poor quality!!

Very sturdy, well-made cookware. It is very heavy duty.It has a really nice finish on them - however, parts arrived rusted on the sides.It is truly non-stick. After roasting our turkey, cleaning was super easy and wiped right out.
