Our old pan had to go after years of use and this new one appears to be the best one yet. We filled the bottom with an assortment of winter vegetables and put the rack on top of the veggies and added a whole chicken on the top of the rack and baked in the oven. Washing this up was simple and easy and no scraping to get off cooked on reside. This should last a long time.

This roasting pan is huge. I am going to have to be creative in making room for it in my cabinet. I was disappointed to see that some of the coating on the one side of the pan was flaked off. At first I thought it was just markings from the cardboard insert but it wasn't. The coating is definitely not all there. But it would be a pain to return it so I will use it since the bottom of the pan is fine. This is why I knocked off a star.

The price of the pan is about 1/3 of higher end pans, and it cooks and cleans up well. Unfortunately, the metal is pretty this, guess 1/3 the price translates to 1/3 the metal. Anyhow, I bought it to use in my 2nd home, and cooked a pork roast in it today. Cooked great, clean up was very easy, so for infrequent use, it’s great. I think if this was for my primary kitchen, I would buy one that was heavier.

This was my holiday use pan--Thanksgiving and New Years. I bought it in December of 2023 and I'm writing this in January of 2025. It's been used 3 times and is now in the trash because the coating is badly peeling. Complete waste of money.

I tested it with first roasting vegetables slightly coated with oil. Turned out per. Left no stains.Clean up was a breeze!Similarly with a roast using the rack.Lots of room for vegetables and the rack allows roast to be done without removing or moving vegetables

I moved to another province and was about to cook my first turkey for family. We quickly realized that our old turkey pan didn't move with us. After cooking with this one I'm glad we forgot it, it was so easy to cook with and the rack was new for me but I won't cook without it again. So easy to pull turkey out and have all the juices ready to make gravy. The best part was the cleanup the coated pan made it so easy. I highly recommend to anyone and the price is perfect for what you get.

Excellent quality and design but it is HUGE! I would say it is for cooking for 12 persons. I would say that it is 3 times bigger than is needed for a family of 4. Too bad because I absolutley loved its quality...

I have used it twice and it performed very well. With the nonstick finish it is easy to clean. Very handy as you can do a whole meal in the one roaster.
