After installing an aftermarket bumper, stock 33 tires pressed against it slightly. I was worried what would happen to the plastic on the tire holder after opening and closing the door over time. This lifted the tire up and moved it slightly away from the bumper. No more rubbing. Very easy install. Maybe 20 minutes. Also provides clearance for larger tire in the future.

RC has come along way.They need to use a little aviation love to finish these units out.All complaints are around the nuts ,Yes dez nuts,They are over costing them in the paintProcess.Run a thread chaser through them after the paint process.(I like I did)I really had no other issuesThe product is nice and stable with a 34 inch tire in it.Also 34 or less does not even need the brake light procedure.

I like the heft of this plate and the easy install. The finish is good with strong hardware. I wish the provided bolts were black. One backing nut was not welded perfect straight so I really had to crank the bolt thru then back it out to essentially rethread it. Other than that it’s worth it!

Installation was very easy especially since I kept stock configuration tires on my JL Sport S and just needed to raise the tire to clear my bike rack. This is a great purchase just for that, especially since you can skip having to raise the third brake light and keep it in place.Now the rear gate clears my hitch Thule 2-bike rack no problem. Raises the tire about 2.25" and out 3/4-1". Again, I skipped the step to raise the third brake light since I'm keeping stock tire size. I didn't lose a lot out of the back view with that.Word of warning, read directions very carefully. Accidentally used the included bolts for the relocation bracket and that ended up screwing up the threading. Picked up eight (8) 5/16"-18 bolts about 1 3/4" size with some washers from Home Depot and used those on the relocation bracket then used the included bolts for the tire carrier. Had to trash the factory bolts since they couldn't thread in anymore and were stripping. Use some blue loctite also. Overall setup was very secure.

Went to 34" tires and needed a relocation bracket. This was perfect. Easy install, maybe took a half hour. I bought the bigger bump stocks because I read it might rattle.

Quick and easy install. Was able to fit my new 35†spare on my stock JLU tailgate without getting a new bumper. K will eventually upgrade the hinge support but this will hold.

After upgrading to 37’s, this bracket was exactly what I needed to get the spare back on the tailgate. I haven’t noticed any squeaks or rattles from it and it seems to support the added weight just fine. I do have the hinge reinforcement from ma mopar so I can’t say that there won’t be any noise or sagging without.

Fits perfectly, well made. We brought this to raise the tyre away from the rear parking sensors but the 2.5 inch lift was not enough. I should of purchased the other one that’s 4 inch higher. Both look the same but the dimensions are not the same.

Bolted right into place. Lifted and pulled out my oversized tire on my rear door. Well worth the bucks spent.No more worrying about tire rubbing on bumper or worse yet…not having spare when needed.
