This seal looks to be better than the original. It's a bit thicker and plyable. I have a 310 version toilet and it fits great

This seal was too large in both width and thickness to fit properly for the Dometic 310 RV toilet. for it to actually fit tight on the floor flange. I have had to order a replacement from Dometic. This has delayed my repair by more than a week. I should have listened to another reviewer who had the same problem.
