The Dometic seals the toilet came with didn't even last 2 months. Nearly everything Dometic is TRASH. Save your time and money and get aftermarket like these which are better.

This was easy to install and it appears that it fits, however the toilet still won’t hold water. Buying the OEM product now. I had hopes for this less expensive item.

Took me awhile to get it in correctly, but once it did, you know you did it right as it fits perfectly.A tip, if you think you got it in, you probably didn’t. Keep a finger around the loop at all times, you don’t want to accidentally drop the ring down the pipe.

These appear to be IDENTICAL in every way, to the replacement seal my RV Tech supplied but they are 1/13th as much cost!!I get that RV dealers need to 'mark up' their parts - but this item appears to be identical to the OEM ones. Same thickness material, exact same weight, seems to be made from the same material as the OEM - - so why would I pay $92 from the dealer - when these are LESS THAN $7 each??!!I like to support the OEM where possible - but this illustrates how badly the RV centres rip me off. The reduced cost charged (to the RV Tech) was over $43 Cdn and he was going to charge me that - even he felt the OEM price is a ripoff. My RV tech suggested I look at Amazon for a replacement and when they came in - he agreed they are a perfect substitute for the OEM. So he took two of them ($14 cost to me) to supply the one we got from the RV centre as payment for the one he supplied...NOT GOING TO PAY $92 for what looks to be identical to these - - for LESS than $7 each.
