Great for DIY projects. I bought this with different purpose blades. I cut some tree branches and worked great. It does shake your arms so just keep tight.

I havw other Ryobi tools and am happy. Battery seems to last a good amount and the tools are rugged and ergonomic. The multi kit looks good to give someone for a gift. Maybe a graduating tech school kid? Not liking the fluorescent boogie green, yellow color but thats good if you leave on ground, you can find it. A good tool for a great price. Today I cut trees with medium dull wood long wood blade and had no problems with 3" diameter trees and smaller brush. Battery died after 30 minutes though. Need two batteries.

Great piece of equipment that makesCutting wood or metal around the house or in the yard effortless. We have many of their battery tools that make projects so much easier. After getting battery and charger with tools mostly the same voltage if you run one down the other ones can be used. All the tools they manufacture are excellent quality. Dependable and sturdy that have worked for many years. Every tool of there’s has made getting things done around the house much easier saving time.

The juniper went over in a storm last winter, and we used it to take the tree down. Battery kept working until the whole tree was cut up.
