Perfectly fits in the PS5 and seems to do the job! Installation was super easy and quick and haven't had any issues with my installed SSD since i installed it. Would highly recommend this as it is the best bang for your buck, especially for the PS5.

The installation was quick and simple. It had a huge impact on temperature reduction and it helped my ps5 slim stay cooler longer. The screw size is the exact same as when you need for the regular cover and it’s very helpful if your SSD does not have a heat sink I highly recommend this product good job!

I've used this for a couple of years on my launch PS5. When I switched out my NVMe into the pro I wanted to put this into it. It fits. The process led me to notice that on the pro, the plate cover is a little bigger. You can see in the picture there's a gap near the screw. So this product works on the pro. But there's a small gap. No issue screwing it down, I didn't need to force it in.

Bought for PS5 Slim when I added a second hard drive and leadtime for one with built-in heatsink was several weeks. Easy peasy to fit in a minute: it replaces the slot cover - clever! Seems to work as the PS5 hasn’t melted or shutdown or anything.

I was never a fan of the OEM PS5 memory bay cover for a ha full of reasons, but this solution is a welcome improvement. It fits perfectly and installs in seconds. It's made from materials that will serve as a better heatsink than the stock one. It's also better quality overall. Highly recommended for anyone looking to swap out the stock cover for o e that actually works!

Installed this on my PS5 about a year ago over a 2GB m.2 SSD expansion drive. Havent had any issues yet. Was a little concerned when I initially installed it over the SSD, seemed I had to go push little harder down than I wanted, leaving not as much space for ventilation or cooling .But I am very OCD and perfectionist. But after screwing it down and running it with no issues I was ok with it. Works. Going strong.Note though. I dont play my ps5 alot. Just a note. Its run for hours and hours at once with no signs of overheating or problems.

I had to order this one and cross my fingers in the hopes it would work, thankfully it does! I had a sink on this SSD in my PS5 that was specifically made to only fit the original fat PS5, so I needed a new sink so I could use the SSD in my new PS5 Pro. It went on easily, fits the new console perfectly and I haven't had any issues since install!

Es un excelente disipador de calor, ya que no aumenta el uso del ventilador en el PS5 original, el cual esta diseñado para éste.No es para PS5pro, aunque si entra en el slot, el ps5pro incrementa el uso del ventilador, eso significa que la disipación no la hace correctamente, mejor solo usarlo en el PS5 gordito.

Questo dissipatore passivo della Sabrent l'ho preso dopo aver letto per bene il fatto che l'ssd nvme va inserito dentro la PS5 con un dissipatore di calore. Poi ho anche letto che la basetta di metallo della Sony pare crei colli di bottiglia ostacolando il ricircolo d'aria all'interno dell'alloggiamento dove sta l'nvme.. Indi per cui ho optato per prendere quello ufficiale Sabrent e specificatamente pensato per raffreddare l'nvme direttamente sfruttando la ventola della PS5. Questa basetta praticamente funge da dissipatore passivo perfettamente integrato con la scocca e l'alloggiamento della PS5, andando di fatto a sostituire la placca di metallo che vi è in origine.A detta di Sabrent e di chi lo ha già preso e misurato le temperature, questo dissipatoreplacca, fornita di pasta termica già applicata, tiene molto fresche le temp dell'Nvme.Posso dire per quanto ho avuto modo di vedere che:1) La placca è facilissima da montare2) La pasta termica è già applicata e va solo tolta la plastica protettiva3) La qualità dei materiali è assolutaOnestamente mi sento di consigliarlo a chiunque stia valutando di aggiungere un Nvme alla poca memoria interna della PS5, senza comprare dissipatori passivi da montare. Con questo della Sabrent avrete poco sbatti e tanta qualità .
