Great feel, not too heavy and with a wonderful sound reminiscent of small blocks of wood being knocked together. Alongside my EF Grayish switches used for number and function keys, these Sapphires sound deeper and less poppy, and have a slightly heavier actuation, with apparently no difference in smoothness (both are pretty darn smooth). I also set my personal typing speed record with these, using XDA profile keys in a Galaxy80 board—whereas before with light linears (Leobog Reaper) and cherry profile keys I could only do about 75wpm, now I can do 95-100 with these. Phenomenal switches for the price and now that I have them I don’t feel the need to chase the higher priced tactiles out there such as the boba U4T, Gat Quinn and BBK, endless Panda variants etc. They also have a subtle effect on LED tint through depending on the color shown which I quite enjoy.

These are overall pretty good switches, I enjoy using them, and I'd definitely see myself buying more for future builds. The sound profile on these is very interesting, I especially like them in metal top plates. The only problem I had with them was that the tines on the bottom are a little bit more flimsy than on some other switches I've tried, but I can't fault them much for that as the rest of the switch is of a great build quality, and they're pretty reasonably priced for what they are.

Ignore the post saying these aren’t the V2’s cause they 1000% are the UHMPE switches. These are incredible, wonderful tactile feel, incredibly smooth and great thocky sound.

Got the first one with POM stems and figured it was a mistake so I had them send me a second box of switches with the intentions of returning the first ones and they were POM as well, NOT UHMWPE :(. Otherwise pretty ok tactile switches.

The listing is for the v2 version of this switch. You will get the v1 I like the sound/feel of the v1 switch so it’s not as bad for me. But because this literally isn’t what it says it is it gets 1 star.

These are the POM Stems not UHMWPE!Pretty smooth linears with adequate factory lube.Tactile is decent.Both have a nice deep sound to them. The springs are a little pingy but I got each 90pc for $1.25 each from the promotion.

The stems wobble 1mm to each side. I have lubed them and put switch film on them to try and help. The wobble results in the top plate rattling as the keys are pressed. For the price, this should not be an issue. Gateron Milky Yellows are almost half the price and much higher quality.
