Speedy and safe delivery despite the Coronavirus challenge. Ordered this with a Lamson Liquid reel and they work well together. Matching the MPX fly line with a Fenwick 6 weight Aetos rod. MPX is a half size heavy line and it loads the fast action Aetos rod well and casts great. Price of the fly line and the reel were competitive and with free Prime shipping. Very pleased with the purchases and with Fin and Fire Fly Shop on this transaction.

I got the 4wt and i use it on a 8.5' 4wt rod with medium fast action. Absolutely perfect taper for me atleast. Excellent on short casts while maintaining the power to go long. NO LINE MEMORY, super supple (opposite of my experience with rio lines). Just a great all around line which is what you need with a 4wt in my opinion.

The product is correct but the color is wrong. I ordered Amber/Willow but received something else. Yellow or buckskin on the tail, grey at the forward end.

It’s been years since I’ve purchased any Scientific Anglers products. The reason for that is their products don’t wear out. It is top of the line fishing gear at an affordable price. I’m looking forward to the first “Fish On!†while testing my new gear.

Product received and very happy! Might I note changing the profile image! The main image is a different line than the titled name. I was hesitant to buy actually due to the image presented on the sellers post. But the line that came is the right one I wanted based off the description. Also came in the updated new packaging. Very good line came quickly and happy to say it is indeed the line it’s titled as being. Thanks again
