Product is generally great, bought 6 that were great, #7 did not work and the customer service was non existent and Amazon didn't care at all about my issue. Fine if you get a working one, but if you have a problem forget about the seller or Amazon caring at all.

Screen looks good and works good so far. Camera is a noticeable downgrade. Very poor quality screwdriver, especially for t8 screws, I had to buy another screwdriver.

Definitely different from the original, but does it's job.A little difference in color gamut, the Webcam seems noisier, but easy to replace and works out of the box.UPDATE 09-02-24Not 3 months went by and the macbook woke to a vertical line of dead pixels.Still trying to work out a warranty replacement with the seller.UPDATE 09-15-24It wasn't the smoothest process, but the selle honored the warranty and I did get a new screen for free, so I'll bump the rating up to 5 stars.

easy install. The tools were not as good as getting a full set. BUT, the 2 star rating is because the screen isn't as bright as the original one. If you're ok with 15% less brightness, this one is fine. However, I would like a 1:1 replacement. Wish I would have known.

The screen comes very well packaged. Installation is easy (although I didn't use the tools that came with it but bought a separate set). My Mac is a space gray and the color of the lid is almost identical. The camera is of similar quality and the screen color is a bit cooler.The rating is given because I was working without moving or hitting the screen and suddenly 3 red lines appeared right in the middle of the screen. It only worked correctly for less than a month. If it weren't for this problem the rating would be 5 stars.

I installed the replacement screen and it is working well. Indistinguishable from the original!There was an issue with the first product they sent, but I was able to have it replaced at no charge and no hassle. Great support!

100% funcional y es exactamente igual al original; el único detalle es que la bisagra es sumamente débil o floja, por lo que la tapa se baja muy fácilmente si mueves el equipo.

This screen worked great for 4 months, until screws started protruding from underneath the bottom logo cover, which cracked the screen and left me with a 2 inch wide bar of nothing. I would not recommend this as a replacement as the bad assembly of this unit caused it to fail. Disappointed.

I bought this for my wife’s MacBook she bought in 2020. Read the bottom of the make book and matched the model number. Getting it replace at the Apple Store was a little over $600. I couldn’t afford it at the time and my wife needed the computer for work so I bought this. I missed the fact that it comes with a screw driver with interchangeable bits to work on the computer. Was fairly easy to change. Removing and installing the wifi bar was ther hardest part. Can confirm the camera works for it with out doing any extra steps. Plug and play. Wife is happy her computer is fixed.
