I thought it didn't fit and wrote a bad review originally but I was wrong. I changed my review from 1 to 5. Once I tighten the bolts 🔩 and turned the speaker clock wise, everything went into place. The hardest part was screwing the windows. I reconnected the power source and brought the windows pane down to the hole and then pushed the windows down into place and then screwed it in. That was only the complicated issue. Everything else was easy.

Purchased this to replace the right rear regulator on a 2016 Optima. The spool on the original came apart. Purchased the repair spool set and after getting frustrated after several failed attempts to install the cable over a pully, decided to get the complete assembly. It looks nearly identical to the original. The only difference I noticed is that the spool that is the main cause of failure is not replaceable. (Not the same as original). So, if this one fails, the whole assembly requires replacement. Everything lined up exactly. No forcing to align holes and it has all the wire harness mounting points. Installed easily and functions as it should. 4 stars for not knowing the potential life expectancy of the spool. If/when the LR fails, I will get that regulator from this seller.

Appears as well made as the OEM from Kia. The original spool sprocket had failed and this regulator assembly was much easier to install than the aftermarket spools. Time will tell.
