Used for spreading ice melt works like a charm did a wonderful job didn't waste it the way I did throwing handfuls of it just ordered one for my sister in Montana and my daughter in PA and the gloves were inside the container!!

The spreader/shaker is a nice, sturdy size for spreading snow melt. Only problem, the gloves were not included in the package as shown in the picture on the website. I have a different one purchased a while ago for grass seeds and it works fine. Would have given a five if the gloves were in the package.
