Working distance is very close. The device picture showed a clear lens (presumably CaF2) but it's actually a Ge lens. Body is silicone. Fits well enough over the camera.

This one surprised me. It’s a silicone sleeve with some sort of lens stuffed into it. At least the competitors macro lens is made of metal and connects with a magnet. This one is so flimsy that the focus plane is shifted so it can’t actually take macro photos, only part of the image will ever be in focus. Feels like it cost them a quarter to make. If this is the final version of the macro lens it’s definitely not worth the price. Not even close. I really hope seek is reading this feedback, as no serious consumer will be happy with the junk quality of this macro adapter, even if the camera is slightly better than the competition. I was hoping to use this to take macro images of circuit boards, but that won’t be possible. Incredibly disappointing macro images from this camera.

This is a tiny piece of glass in a flimsy silicone sleeve. It does not align with the lens on the camera and makes imaging circuit boards difficult because there is only a very small section that is in focus. It is amazingly overpriced for such a tiny piece and the worst part is it simply does not work as advertised.
