I couldn’t justify spending $600 on a snake. We’ve been doing a lot of outdoor video recording in this COVID environment. But I don’t anticipate using it a lot for years on end. So when I found this affordable snake I was excited. We’ve used it on probably five shoots so far and it has preformed just fine. The build doesn’t look particularly beefy so we treat it with care and hope to get enough life out of it to get us through the pandemic. We’re very happy to have this many inputs at this price point. After having this for over a year an update is in order. I’m leaving the high rating because I still think it’s a goof value and there is real customer service. But I thought that I should include a warning that the clip releases on the female XLRs are fragil and if you push too hard on them in the heat of battle you may find it difficult or impossible to free you audio cable. This is something to be aware of.

So far so good. Everything works great and sounds good. It does feel a little low quality however, sound wise its excellent. We do unplug and plug in at least once a week so I’m just hoping that the plugs won’t wear out or come apart fast. I’m sure if someone were to use it for a permanent stationary hook up it would probably last plenty of years.

Installed this snake at the student center of our church a year ago and it is still working just as expected with no issues. This is the one to buy at this price point.

i am impressed with the build and quality of this snake. at first i didn't think it would be good because of the price range. when i received it i was impressed with the build. i have now been using for about a year and i have had no issues and the performance is excellent. i would highly recommend for any one to purchase.

Small and had no problems. The price was great for the quality. This snake had more signal loose than i would have expected for such the large wire gauges advertised.

The church I'm a part of is still a toung church and a mobile church. Each week I have to set everything up and tear it down. This has allowed flexibility and has the additional benefit of additional safety. One cable to tape and easy to tuck the rest out of the way. And the cables that we connect to it can be way shorter so there's less clutter on the stage. This change was good.

El producto llega perfectamente bien empacado, con una funda para la "caja" con los puertos macho y otra fundita para las puntas hembra del snake.Los conectores vienen bien identificados y el cableado en general no me ha generado ningún ruido (lo utilizo para los monitores in ear en el escenario). La parte gruesa del cable (el segmento largo que contiene todos los cables individuales) es robusta y parece resistente.El producto está más barato que casi cualquier otra opción. Lo único que tiene criticable es que los cables individuales, vienen en un material completamente endeble, si lo presionas con los dedos puedes sentir los alambres dentro de cada cable y se dobla con mucha facilidad. No da la seguridad de que resista un accidente. Si el uso que se le va a dar es estacionario y no tendrá mucha manipulación, cumple perfecto. Si se quiere usar como un snake "on the go" yo buscarÃa algo más resistente.

Se ciente rigido pero en las partes unitarias de el cable se siente de poca calidad no lo recomiendo si lo desmontan muy a menudo
