I needed this for a steering servo on an old R/C crawler build using Clodbuster axles. It was built over 20 years ago, and back then a good strong servo meant a big price tag! It was originally built with a Hitec HS-645mg which was OK, but a little weak to turn the large tires, especially in any kind of terrain. It was later replaced with a 1/4 scale servo which didn't do much better. Now I've decided to refurbish that old crawler and get it running again, but replaced the servo with this one, and Wow! What a difference it made! lol This servo doesn't even struggle in the worst situations. When asked to, the servo is moving. If the tires are jammed up between stuff, they flex and twist and do what they have to, but it's steering.... lol Very impressed with it. The aluminum arm it comes with is a nice quality too, and looks nice. The length and all worked perfectly for my old crawler too, I get just enough steering at full rates to go lock to lock which made things easy to set up. I highly doubt you'd find a better servo for this application for a better price.

I've had this servo for a couple of months and it's holding up so far I'd recommend for someone who isn't exactly trying to spend that much on a servo but also wants it to last. I put it in my team associated and it does good. Could be faster but still not bad.

Had to change out the steering servo and my R/C truck because the other servo was not strong enough to hold the front wheels turned under full throttle.
