These are nice shackles especially for the price. They look great on the Jeep and are holding up nicely. The cotter pins that were included were hard to find in the packaging but that didn’t deter me from finding them.

I had another pair of these, and one of them fell off of our bronco. I’m almost certain that the other pair was a lighter color of orange that Matched the cyber orange paint on our Badlands Bronco so it’s frustrating that we haven’t been able to match it as well again I’m sure it was your shackles so I don’t know what changed

Shackles are heavy-duty.... look good on my Mitsubishi Montero Limited.Fit perfectly on the stock oem tow hooks but are 2X the size for better hook up's.

If I'm completely honest, I purchased this (along with a hitch receiver recovery point) mostly as automotive jewelry - I don't typically do any towing and wanted my ZR2 to have a useful rear recovery point but also wanted it to be a bit snazzy looking. I also didn't want to spend much time or energy worried about whether the shackle bolt would back out, so finding this set that included provisions for a cotter pin to retain the nut that secured the shackle was nice. It didn't hurt that you got two (as well as plastic washers to keep rattling to a minimum).Hopefully I never actually have to use it, but until then it'll just have to settle for looking cool. I can live with that.

I have a bull bar. So didn't fit in it. Looks really cool though. Will have to make some adjustments to fit them in but I reckon it'll look amazing.
