Fit my d-shackles and I used all the washers provided for sound deadening. My only concern is that the fit isn't super snug, so I hope they don't fall off. I'll update this review if that becomes an issue.

Exactly as described on the website. Washers are 2 mm, firm rubber, and fit properly on the ⅞" pin that comes with a ¾" anchor. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I'd prefer if they came with varying thicknesses like a true "shim pack."If there were 8 washers at 2 mm thick and 8 at 1 mm thick, that would be better. Or, in a perfect world, 4 each at 3 mm, 2 mm, and 1 mm. Other than that, they seem durable and I'm happy with them.
