I purchased it for a friend of ours who plays the piano for our church services. I feel now that her music will be organized for her, wonʻt be fluttering in the breeze and so easy to handle when flipping from page to page & very durable.

See the six photos included with this review.Summary: My husband loves these notebooks. No more papers flying off his stand or songs out of order. Highly recommended - even without modifications. The only con is there are currently no replacement/additional sleeves available for purchase.Read on if you want to make it even better, in my opinion. We purchased two of these notebooks. One for performance, one for upcoming practices. My husband is a worship leader at church (leads band, plays guitar and sings). It will be awhile before we switch to iPads for music, but he feels these may still be useful then. It is a sturdy notebook with 12 pages of sleeves. It holds 8 1/2" x 11" papers securely in the sleeves with tabs at the top and bottom, while leaving the center of the paper open to write on the music sheets. (I made an extender for his music stand out of black foam core poster board, cut to the size of the folder to support the open notebook. It's not even noticeable on camera!)I made index tabs for his performance notebook to more easily change the pages, offset slightly. (I laminated cardstock, made a template so that they were evenly spaced, and attached with glue dots. No laminator? Cover cardstock with packing tape.) The other notebook was left as is so he can easily change the order of the music. The inside covers both hold sheets as well, although the top and bottom tabs are spaced further apart than 11". The inside covers closest to the edge have a side tab that secures the paper, so the tab space at the top and bottom isn't an issue. However the two sections closest to the center don't have a side tab to hold the paper. The sleeves came with a band wrapped around them made of the same material as the sleeves. I traced a tab, added a little extra to account for attaching them, cut them to size and used glue dots to attach side tabs near the binder rings. Viola!I hope this helps someone. You can do it!

I needed my music which often requires 3 or 4 sheets. This works great. But, it is so stiff that I have to clip it to my music sand to keep it open. That will demission as I use it more.

This works great for music of more than 2 pages. It is wide, so you must use a larger stand. It is also convenient to be able to write on the music and is very easy to put the music in the sheet protectors.

I love the four-across capability of this folder when I'm working on musicals; however, the plastic used on the sleeves is too thin, and they tear around the holes. This causes them to flop or even fall out of the binder. I ended up having to add hole reinforcers on all of the sleeves. Please consider using a thicker material or reinforcing the holes! That would make this product so much better!

I received the product and it does exactly what I hoped it would do. It allows me to see up to four pages, which I can mark up, without a page turn.

Disappointed in the quality of this item. It was flimsy and closed on my music while attempting to play. It would not stand open on the organ rack, such that I removed the loose leaf sleeves and made do, rather than risk it falling from the organ!
