The base is sturdy and seems to be able to hold a large score sheet. It's a very excellent product! I really like that it comes with the carry bag. It's easy to adjust and easy to transport!

A fairly decent music stand that earns 5 stars in my opinion due to it's adjustable feature and portability. I do feel however that it's a bit light and wobbly for my use. I think if one is just beginning with learning music and needs a music stand for indoors, this is a great option. If however, you're a traveling musician and especially if you will be performing outside, I would think this stand wouldn't be sturdy enough.On the positive side; it is quite adjustable for various heights, including low to the floor if you like playing sitting down on the floor.It does come with a carrying bag which personally, I find to be exceptionally cheap and fragile.UPDATED: Having used this Music Stand now a few times, I actually like the feel and sense of stability it gives one when playing music!It's a well thought out design with options that allow one to customize not only height but certainly the angle of the stand that holds your music. I like the holders as well that keeps one's music secure! I do however still contend that the gig bag that comes with this product should be upgraded as it leaves one with the impression of "cheap"...I do highly recommend this music stand!

Lamentablemente éste atril de lectura, no fue lo que yo esperaba.Si bien, lo que me gustó de éste atril, es que viene con una bolsa hecha en vinyl para poder guardarlo y me pareció bastante práctico, ya que como es delgado y no pesa, puedo llevarlo sin problemas a mis presentaciones.Pero por lo mismo de que es delgado, es bastante inestable y débil, ya que el plástico de que está hecho, es de mala calidad, y por lo mismo de estar delgado éste atril se mueve mucho.Yo lo uso para poner mi iPad y aunque sà se sostiene bien, es muy inestable.Es la razón por la cual le doy 3 estrellas.

I really like that I can fold this music stand up so easily and take it with me everywhere. My brother and I practice at his house sometimes and this makes it so easy to have what I need to read my music. It’s sturdy and holds all my needed music. Works well and definitely priced good!

My son took up the trumpet this year in the school band, and he has to practice at home a lot. He's really impressed me with his ability to read sheet music, but we had to set it on the counter while he looked down at it and played. We wanted to get him a stand, and looked at the seller that the district uses for all music supplied. The stands were $119! Luckily, I found this stand that sells for more than 80% less, and it works perfectly. He can sit in a chair as he could during concerts, and read from sheet music. The stand is plenty sturdy, the tray size is right, and adjustment is easy. Don't pay more than a hundred bucks for a stand that your kid uses at home. Grab this one instead.
