I was hesitant to purchase these due to poor reviews. However, I found them very easy to install and they serve the purpose I needed them for. Tall enough for my 2 chi chi’s not to jump over and strong enough they won’t knock them over. I had 2 installed in less than 10 mins. I highly recommend these for small dogs if you don’t want really tall gates taking up your doorway.

Came in pieces - the slats don’t stay in place. It’s cheaply made and just junk. You could not give it away at a garage sale never mind charging $30 for a broken piece of cheap scrap. I returned it same day it came. And I’m noticing something with cheaply made products that I return. They take 14 days or until they “inspect†it. Why did they not inspect a broken product BEFORE sending it? Now I have to wait 2 weeks to get money back. Stay away!

All Chinese instructions. No fan screw, no idea what it is. Some clear looking clips that are not pictured. Not worth a $1. Regerts.

The plastic latches that lock the rods in place are made of brittle plastic and don't last long. The first one broke after less than 2 weeks. I was able to move the middle one for the sliding door portion up to the top but then a week or so later the bottom one broke. After a few more days the top one broke as well. They do not include any extras, so once they all break it is useless and can no longer be used. If you never need to move it or take it down it may be OK. But if you do need to then don't waste your money on this because it will break.

It would be a great item to use, but the instructions are in Chinese. I need ENGLISH instructions!!! I have no clue how to read the paper that was sent in the box!!
