This is exactly what I've been looking for. Tested without hoses hooked up to check for leak-by and there was none! Also, just to note, the bottom outlet is designed to swivel, which does come in handy for certain installations.

I happened to already have a pair of shower heads but was in need of a diverter. I snagged this one and happy I did because the quality is nice. The finish is super shiny chrome. The valves work well without any leaks and it's easy to switch between shower heads. It doesn't come with instructions or anything branded, so hopefully you'll already know how to install it.
