The plumber use a push pull type way to stiff and hard to use. This connect in less than 5 minutes including removing the shower head

Nice diverter with one exception. The male thread to shower head is not tapered making it an exceptionally tight fit. Had to use thread sealant (lubricant assist) a vise and an open end wrench to get it seated... PHEW!

Good heft smooth control. I didn't notice any reduction in water pressure which was important to me. I live in an apartment with a generic white plastic showerhead and silver plastic handheld showerhead. In testing I found to have enough water pressure to use both if I wanted to. I read a lot of reviews to the point of exhaustion. Avoid that and get this if you NEED this. I had a stroke and this works great for my limited strength and mobility. The long lever really helps if it doesn't hit anything.

After using just a little over a month, it’s leaking in the wrong places! Also, my shower head on extension arm will not stay upright if it is touched the wrong way! It’s nerve wrecking taking a shower, wondering if the showerhead is going to knock your teeth out! Very disappointing !!!

The female end fit over my pipe out of the wall, but the two make ends were different sizes. So my handheld fit, but my stationary shower head didn’t fit in the second. I have to buy another attachment with the two make outlets the same size. Thought this would be universal.
