On the first day I created Egg noodles. The second day Pierogiskipped the third day.but the fourth day .. I made Ravioli and they were amazingI do wish they made other attachments.. for spaghetti ramen style noodlesIt's a great product worth the purchase sturdy easy to clean (no water needed)I purchased a cheap cutting board .. to attach it to ..which was my only issue .. I don't have overhangs on my counter tops .. nonetheless a great purchase

I wish these manufacturers would appreciate the importance of writing a coherent manual. It took me several minutes to figure out how to stabilize this. As it is, I don't have a really good place to do that. It sits awkwardly against a wall because nowhere else has enough counter lip to attach it well. That means the spaghetti sections aren't really useable for me, but the flat section works great. I made ravioli and got it almost to the thinness I wanted. Next time I think I will keep going. I read you can't overwork pasta dough. Good news.

I have been making noodles for about 40+ years. I had seen these a few times, but never thought much about them! Wish I would’ve gotten one many years ago! It is so much easier than rolling the dough out by hand!

Love this. I’ve made so much pasta since I’ve received it. I will say it’s best to refrigerate the dough for a bit and roll it out by hand a bit before I put it through the pasta roller so it doesn’t tear apart. If I don’t it will tear and not come out in ONE PIECE. Other than that it’s freaking awesome. I love it!

Before purchasing this machine, I messaged the seller to ensure this machine was compatible with the Schule motor that I have from a previous purchase. I was ensure that it would be compatible and it does not fit. It also has a god awful high pitched squeal when you pass materials through.
