This is the perfect size for individual loaves. I use the bowl to proof my dough in the refrigerator after letting it rise overnight in the refrigerator and several hours on the counter in the mixing bowl, following my recipe. Then I dump the tiny loaf onto the parchment and cook it in my Dutch oven. This created a larger loaf than the actual bowl, which made me very happy. I have used all of my bowls twice now. You can see how much dough I put in and the loaf it produces making sourdough cranberry pecan bread. They are easy to use and clean up perfectly.

Non srick, my bread bakes even and comes out easy. I can make a few small rolls rather than one big loaf. Someti,Sometimes, cleaning us a little hard between the ridges, but soaking them works out great.

Great for mini sourdough loaves. I’ve used them to make mini loaves. My toddler also loves to play with them.

I’ve been using these for other things than bread. 🞠ve been using them for my oatmeal, and scrambled eggs. I keep one in my go bag for something I might need to use it for. I’ve had rice bowls for these. Easy to wash and no issues with it in the microwave. Collapse down for space in my cupboard. I’ve even used them for popcorn in order to have the amount I’m allowed. Don’t limit your imagination to just use them for bread or whatever. So far they’re more than worth the price of these. Might just get more for other things to use them for.

This worked well for cold resting soup boules. The little loaves released easily. But, because the silicone doesn't breathe like a rattan banneton, the surface of the dough was wet, was difficult to score, and did not bake or brown properly.

Backed a keto loaf of bread in it with a semi solid batter and it turned out perfectly cooked . Good for bread. Easy to clean and store. My kids enjoy its flexible wont crack or break. Great for bread loaf, brownies and desserts.
