I use the whole kit weekly. The basket is great quality and the cover cleans easily. The whisk works well, lame is great for scoring, and the scrapers are great for dividing and shaping. Pretty good price as well for the whole kit to get started with the process.

Great quality item, includes instructions and recipes, descriptions of all the items and their purpose.It is exactly as pictured.The only downside is the outer packaging came with a slider, but was also taped, it took a while for me to undo it, and I ripped the nice little bag it was in. Not a big deal though.

When I first got this, I used it all the time for my sourdough bread. However, I have since purchased a loaf pan and loaf shaped bannetin so I don’t use it so much now. But it is a great product for when I want an artisan bread.
