Works good butter comes out fairly easy after freezing. The quarters are just shorter and fatter than regular store bought butter. Kind of throws you off. You about have to weigh it to make sure of the amount you use in baking.

I like this. It’s easy to use, clean and get butter out of. Every section is a stick of butter.

This little thing is pretty amazing.As stated, the molds are not the length of a standard stick of butter that you'd get from the store but it's deep enough that you're basically getting the same amount of butter, regardless.I make my own butter at home and this suits my needs, perfectly.The length of the molds allow me to place at least two 'sticks' in a snack bag and placing into a reusable freezer bag for freezing, saving me space/money.The butter comes out of the mold easily enough, whether you shape straight out of the cold/ice water rinse, freeze or just refrigerate before storage.The little spatula is a nice touch.I would definitely purchase this again, if necessary.

I like the color. I like that it can be covered. That is why I wanted it. But it does not make standard size butter bars.

I’ve started making my own butter. These little trays work great. They fit nicely in the refrigerator. When it comes to pop the butter out of the trays it comes out easily.
