Tablespoon Measurements
Tablespoon marking lines at 2 sides and bottom of the butter tray help you better measure the butter for recipes. Each cavity holds 8 Tablespoons (1/2 Cup). Make 4 standard butter sticks (2 Cups) per batch.

I saw clarified butter and ghee sticks online but they are expensive. I already make both products and wanted to have them available as regular sticks instead of always scooping out of a jar. The molds did not disappoint. An added bonus is having markings incorporated into the chilled ghee or clarified butter. I know exactly how much I am using in a recipe. They clean up nicely and are ready for use again. Nice addition to the kitchen tool set.

Spatula turned all spotty and was kinda gritty after running through dishwasher on top rack. Probably better off hand washing it. the rest did great through dishwasher cycle. this was first wash before actual use so can't say how it stands up fully yet. We shall see.

This mold makes it easy to put in your homemade butter in sticks instead of one dish. It holds exactly one pound of butter and the quality is great. Once I got the butter in the mold, I froze it before trying to get it out of the mold to store it. It is easy to use and easy to clean. I just handwash it. For storage, it comes with a cover so if you want to leave the butter in the mold, you can cover it and keep in your freezer and/or refrigerator. I like the color and it fits perfectly in the bottom freezer of my refrigerator.

Very happy with the 2 pk. of silicone butter molds. The price was very decent considering the lids come with each of the 2 molds. The molds hold 4 sticks of butter each, so 2 lbs. worth of sticks with both molds filled. These are accurate which is very helpful , the marked tablespoon increments are the best! Silicone of course can handle the heat of melted butter, so that's a good thing right there. Moving liquid cannabutter from the infusion phase into molds could not be any easier, and the lids are essential to cover the molds in the fridge to keep out odors and the possibility of anything falling in the molten butter. The butter when chilled and ready to release from mold is just mildly difficult, but if you move slowly and gently the butter will release intact, just work the sides of the mold a bit, pulling away gently. It's a "get the hang of it thing" IMO. Can use either DW to clean molds, or if you have very hot water it will come clean in the sink with detergent and your very hot water. Literally little to no effort required. No complaints, the lids are lightweight covers and not going to super-seal the molds tight, just a cover to keep your creation nice and clean. Really like mine, try it if you need the increments marked in your sticks. Easy to use and clean and work with. Happy to own. Recommended.

I make my own vegan butter as I simply don't want to waste my money on crappy varieties in the store. The good vegan butters costs more than dairy so I started making my own. The measurements are accurate on this mold as I weighed them the first time I made it. It has a lid which is perfect so it keeps it covered and does not spill

I rendered lard and put it in these molds. Works great to measure out for recipes. Works good for homemade butter as well. Just have to get air bubbles out.

I really like the grooves so every cut is presice when measuring amounts.These can go in the fridge or freezer and the lid keeps the butter fresh.
