This Water Leak sensor is awesome. It works great, the connectivity is great, senses water within 1 to 5 seconds if there is a water leak, installation is very easy just by putting where you need water sensing. Durability is great, the design is great, and the security is perfect.

And bang for buck can’t be beat! I’ve got them in every bathroom, laundry, garage, everywhere there’s a potential for a leak. Went off one day, seems the dog thought it was a chew toy! Super easy to install, as is the whole system. Couldn’t be more happy with this product!

I got these for monitoring water issues in my basement. I have a large hydroponic system that developed a leak and the sensor worked to inform me so I could get home and turn off the pump to prevent any issues, like the pump running dry and burning up. The notifications and phone call were excellent to inform me of the problem.

Installs extremely easily, and is really small; its about the same size as a door sensor. I just wish the software allowed for a customized alarm setting, such as a lower volume and different type of alarm sound rather than just sounding the general burglar alarm at its programmed volume.I just wanted to use this in areas where I might leave running water on too long, so I could attend to that situation rather than worrying the alarm was for an intruder or a fire.Otherwise, I think it will do a good job of detecting a leak before things flood

Had drain field freeze off and septic backed up in drain in utility room. Sensor worked and triggered alarm in house and also sent a text message plus Simplisafe called to warn me that the water sensor went off. This did save me from having major issues in the basement. I ordered 2 more and have put in laundry room and under a couple of sinks. Well worth the money.

This item works great! I have one under my washer and quickly found out when it starting leaking a little bit. This allowed us to turn the water off before any damage was done to the floor. I also have one under my dishwasher and hot water heater. Highly recommend if you have a Simplisafe system.

its about the size of a silver dollar, You can sit them sideways so they can be used in between drain pans and hot water heaters and dishwashers and the pans. Work with the Simpli safe app, so if you're not home you'll still know if the alarm has been activated unlike standard alarms, which is quite important as my utility room is not on ground level!
