Installing an electric water heater and couldn't get wire nuts to satisfactorily hold the #10 wires. Couldn't find these locally so ordered from Amazon and 2 days later they were here. Wire nuts held for interim. Yes, wire nuts are easier to use but I feel safer with these.

Had to tap off electricity for a new shed. Stripped a bit of insulation from the existing wires and used these connectors to splice in the new wires. Worked well
