Vermont ski family - this has been great. Daughter feels comfortable with it. She’s 2.5. Took us a few runs to get her used to it but it’s working great.I like that it works from the waist, not the chest. You can adjust all of the straps on the pack and the length of the harness as well.

Took 5 year old skiing for 3 days. Adults took turns using harness to assist child. This harness allowed child to get the feel and use intuition on how to shift weight to turn and negotiate on the slope. Very pleasant experience for all. The small backpack was a great place to store the straps for riding lifts or taking breaks as well as a couple other light items. It was comfortable on the child and fit well with all the adjustments. On the third day, after 2 runs it was no longer needed and child was skiing with the rest of us. Success!!!!!! It was worth every penny.

Excited to try this product out. It appears to be very well made for the price. I love the handle on top to assist on the lift and getting up after a fall. The different attachment points makes it customizable for Skiing or snowboarding. It will allow for independence for the kid and still keep me in control of his speed untill he can shred on his own.

I recently got this ski assist vest/harness for my kids, and I have to say, it's fantastic! The sizing is spot on, and the design is really clever—they thought of everything! The material feels super sturdy, and the storage is a nice bonus too.One of my favorite features is the gap between the backpack and the front shoulder portion of the vest (check out the pics!). It keeps my daughter bundled up in her puffy jacket while also ensuring she’s comfy and safe. The harness is so adjustable and easy to use! I even tried it on my 11-month-old and my 3-year-old, and it fit both of them perfectly because of how adjustable it is.I’m confident this harness is going to last us a long time, and I’ll be back to grab another one once our younger one is ready to hit the slopes! I highly recommend it!

Tested one harness out in living room & the waist harness buckle failed. Contacted seller & seller told me to twist the waist harness strap/buckle so it’s essentially outside is facing inside. Seller provided a photo of their solution.. Wasn’t satisfied w resolution. Seller said this is he only harness to fail. I had Amazon accept the return. Figured okay order another & took the seller on their word. Ordered the 2nd item and brought it to the ski slope today. I learned the replacement fails repeatedly just like the orig returned item. Now I feel like I am stuck with an item that can’t be trusted on a mountain learning area. Wouldn’t trust this product on a green or blue or diamond ski slope. I refuse to use this product in a ski leaning zone. Would love a resolution to make this right. Since the 1st purchase failed I wish the seller followed up w me on the replacement. Don’t know what to do as far as a resolution?? Had big hopes for this product. It’s unfortunate it didn’t live up to the marketing
