Who doesn't love field hockey toys?! It's a fun, light weight toy to help with skills. I use it when I'm coaching my younger girls and they like it.

I know this is for field hockey but we have 2 hockey players and needed some stick-handling trainers and this fit the bill perfectly! Plenty of room for a puck to fit under and it does the job. Durability I am not 100% sure of yet as some of the parts are a little flimsy but it hasn't broken yet with dozens of uses! If durability becomes an issue I will be sure to update my review. We are very happy with it and my kids love using it to work on their game! I included some pictures so you can see the clearance under it as well I measured one section and all the sections are the same size.

I am glad I got this. I got this for my field hockey playing daughter for Christmas. She has used it every night since. I can watch her stick handling skills improve each week. I also purchased the rebounder. The two compliment each other and add value together.

We have multiple Field Hockey Star Store training tools and this one is another great product. This one is for puck handling. The stick-handling training tool is fully assembled and ready to go. You can use their app to fully get the best training option. This training tool is very easy to use and adjust. The only issue we hope doesn’t come up is the quality of the item. Being lightweight we hope it still stays intact when in use.Other than that we are very happy with this item and highly recommend the Field Hockey Star Store products to keep you child/adult on their best hockey game.

This works really well with a street hockey ball. It's tall enough to get the ball through the spaces. It might be a little too tall if you're using a biscuit, though. It folds up nicely, and is about the same width as a hockey sauce kit. It seems pretty durable so far. We've had it about a month and haven't broken it yet, so that's a plus. This will come in handy for the rainy weather and off season so my kiddo can practice stick handling when he's stuck inside or isn't on a team.

Just got this in the mail yesterday, but my boys are already loving it. My older son is 10 and on a travel team...... he really likes this a lot and it will only help with his puck control. My other son just turned four...... he doesn't have the skillset yet, but this will be a great way to learn! -- He was already fighting with his older brother on who got to use it! I will say it does seem a little pricey, but I guess I think everything related to hockey is expensive!

Great tool for puck control. Folds small for easy storage. There are many different configurations that can be set up for training. As usual, hockey stuff always seems to be a bit pricey. It does make a nice gift for any type of hockey player, field, ice, or DEK hockey.

Got it for my son in ball hockey to train with. Both him and my son in ice hockey can use as it’s tall enough to fit a ball and obviously works for pucks as well.

My boyfriend is working on his puck handling skills this winter and I thought this would be a great tool to practice & add some fun drills to his sessions.I'm aware this is for field hockey but I don't see how this can't be used for ice hockey, and so be brought it to the rink and we actually had a blast !This device is super lightweight and folds to be about a foot and a half long to half a foot wide so you can slide it in a hockey bag. You can then set it on the ice and unfold it a bunch of ways depending on what you need to practice. My only issue is that it is SUPER light, so whenever you hit it with a puck, it moves and slides, so we added rocks on top of the posts to keep they from slippin' and slidin', and it works great.Overall, if you want to practice your skills at the rink on in your garage, this is such a fun tool, even for people like me who are terrible at hockey.

The Field Hockey Star Skiller is easy to set up, adjustable and effective. The Skiller is easy to set up and very portable. The lightweight design makes it easy to carry around. Whether I’m heading to the local park or simply training in my backyard it's there with me. Its adjustable nature allows for customization, catering to various skill levels and specific training needs. This adaptability is a significant plus, as it can grow with the user’s development. In terms of functionality, the Skiller excels. The equipment is designed to enhance stickhandling skills and it's quite effective in that regard. I noticed a marked improvement in my ball control and reaction time after just a few weeks of regular use. The varying difficulty levels keep the training challenging and engaging, ensuring consistent progress. Overall, the Field Hockey Star Skiller is a practical, effective training aid due to its portability, functionality, and adjustable design. Full marks from me!

I use this in front of the TV, and penalize myself when I fail a deke. Which is pretty often. But as a defenseman, I need to keep my head up the whole time while holding the puck, and this training device helps me 'feel' the puck going from tape to tape without looking down. It's quite hard but using this trainer is a bit overkill, however I can still use it to practise deking offensively. Which my team desperately needs because I'm the left side D that ices the puck too often lol. I need to grow some confidence moving up the ice with my head up. Hopefully this will help.I like how this folds and can be used in any surface, ice or flooring. The height is too tall for a ball but flat bearing pucks work well.I did not use the app. I used a number generator website found off a internet search, no need to install and app. There are various ones, different numbers, speed, rotation, etc.Other than that, its a great little puck/stick handling tool thats not too expensive and folds easily to store

Ordered for my nephew to practice with ball or puck. Set it up first in the basement and didn't work at all - he's a beginner and this trainer just moves out of place if he hits the ball too hard or bumps it with his stick or rollerblades. It really should have come with some rubber pads or just a little more weight in each of the feet. It's made of plastic, all parts seem solid. Tried it out in the driveway with similar results. He will bring it to the rink and try is for aiming practice as that way he can be further away. I found it expensive for something all plastic and so lightweight.
