I came across the idea of using sliders from a recommendation as a great way to implement core strengthening exercises.In the last few weeks I have been doing slider exercises. There are many routines online and on Youtube. So far I really like the portability of the sliders and that they work indoor on carpet, I am not in the need to test the Claim of whether they work on other surfaces. Slider exercises may look easy but are very challenging , hence providing an amazing total body workout.I started with inexpensive sliders from Amazon to give it sliders a try. Those were okay but the small size made my feet slide off easily and foot placement was critical to how well they slid. I have since upgraded to the Slidz by Skilz and these are far superior. The Skilz are larger in size, contoured on top to reduce slipping and have a smoother bottom surface. These are well worth the extra money. Highly recommend these over other less expensive sliders.

These are great! I first bought the top reviewed cheaper ones, and they were small, stuck to the carpet and I'd end up having my foot ground into it painfully, repeatedly. They were awful.Then I found these- it's like 10x the product. The foam on top is soft, foamy, thick, and cushiony, with a grip texture. The plastic on bottom is much thicker + rigid hard and very smooth- never gotten stuck on the carpet even once!My wife loves these too- she puts them on her feet, and goes "skating" around the floor! xDThey also have the option to clip together, so you can use them like a skateboard!So if the other ones were a badly implemented possible good design- these are actually a well refined, exceptional execution of the idea. I would recommend them for everyone- fun or exercise!

These are the same ones at my PT office but they slide better in their commercial grade short loop carpet. Sticks a bit on mine which makes them uncomfortable at times.

These are very god and durable. I use these for carpeted areas. Not sure I would use the reverse soft sides for hard flooring. Does not seem durable. Use TRX sliders for that. This are large too. Very satisfied. ABF

I bought these slidez for my knees while putting in laminate flooring. Man did these work like I needed too. Start at one end, slide as I go laying flooring and then back to the top. It made the work much quicker than just knee pads.

Tried these for the first time tonight and they work perfectly. I also have one of those double-sided round discs (one side for carpet, the other for hard surfaces); those were frustrating to use, because my foot would go one way and the disc would often be left behind. No problem with these Slidez! I use these on a tile floor. Although more expensive than other choices, the purchase was certainly worth it for me.

All of the written descriptions state that you can use them/they will slide on virtually every surface. It is not until you go into the instruction book that is packaged inside the mesh bag that hold them, that you find in pea-size print...not recommended for use on hardwood floors. I would NEVER have bought them had I known. I returned them.

Good for laminated or wooden floors. But on gym floor which was matted, The base of the core slider that rolled into lint which kept peeling off. Bought another brand with a smoother base. Wouldn’t recommend this one. Other than this rest is ok as a core slider

Good value and high quality product. I use these to practice my straddle side splits and frog stretch on carpet. Works very well.
