This is a nice peice of leather and fit my needs perfectly. No blemishes, no funky odors. It's good, heavy thick leather as advertised. Great color.

No blemishes, stains, or imperfections. This is my first leather project, so I'm new to the craft. Seems like quality leather to me. Was easy to work and turned out perfect for my fishing knife sheath.

Was my first piece of leather. Very high quality, a little overpriced. If this is your first piece of leather I'd recommend a belly cut or even a single shoulder if you're first project is a bag or something large.

Got this for a full size tooling design and is the right size and it's a great thickness for tooling in general.

Uniform surface and seems durable. I use these for knife sharpening strops, and they work well. Surface is smooth, and the leather is durable. Eight to nine ounce leather is best for strops. Use Bark River black and green and Flexcut Gold compounds. Glue onto Home Depot paint stick with 3M Super 77 glue. The Super 77 is strong but allows the leather to be removed easily for replacement.

I used this to make leather insoles for my boots. I simply use the existing synthetic insoles as a pattern which I trace and then cut out. I chose vegetable tanned leather because of the lack of harsh chemicals. The leather is good, thick and will last a long time as an insole.

This leather, which is little more thick then I expected, is good for me to train skeeving leather.I am just looking for a reasonably priced skeever.I have made the wide wrist band I enjoy wearing. I traced and cut out the thin wrist band that holds the wide one in place. I have the buckle ready to be put on.I just have to skeeve the leather a little bit thinner. I may dye it while I’m waiting for the skeever to be purchased.I am looking for a vegetable orange-tan color. I may add a design or some brass, bronze, copper or chrome accessories. I haven’t decided.I am brand new at leather crafting. I don’t like metal bracelets, and my watches, which are a little on the big side, end up on the wide Hercules wrist bands I wore as a kid. Now I can make my own, instead of buying the wrist bands.
