This fixed my door issue of being hard to close and open which was because of metal on metal contact as the original rollers disintegrated. This part also fits Honda Odyssey LX Models for reference parts 72521-SHJ-A01 and 72561-SHJ-A01. Works and is a great price for both left and right! Easy to install just follow YouTube video by MrRangerZr1, only difference is there’s no need for attaching cable as the LX models do not have power sliding doors.

These were a perfect fit on my 2008 Odyssey. Sliding door was making horrible metallic grinding noise and sometimes not opening completely, and now works like new. Looked up how to fix it and found tons of YouTube videos explaining the process. Takes about 30 minutes if you’re lucky. However, the hardest part is putting the cables back on the roller without releasing tension. That requires taking off the interior panels in the rear quarter of the van. Otherwise it’s an easy job. Also, you need a jack to support the door while you work in it. Get some lithium spray or grease to lubricate all the rollers and tracks. IMPORTANT: make sure to mark the old position of the rollers with a sharpie so you know where to line it up. Otherwise it will give you issues. Good luck!

Item fits and works with my 2008 Honda Odyssey. The original is a VERY bad design from Honda because plastic rollers are used. It's the small plastic rollers that gets worn down and prevents the sliding doors from moving (check out YouTube on the many videos showing how to fix it). I don't know why plastic rollers were used by Honda. Maybe to reduce noise and low cost? The part I bought have the same plastic rollers. I would have given 5 stars if they made it out of a more robust material (like real ball bearings). Still a good value.

Surprising that these gave out 4 years later when not a clue how many times not too bad for the price

If you have a Honda Odessey van with a "grumpy door" (named by my grandkids), then open the door fully. Grab the back edge of the door and see if there is any play as you push and pull it towards then away from the body of the van. If there is significant movement, these rollers will fix your problem. They are easy to install ... my 7 year old grandson helped me install the ones for their van. It's a 30 minute job tops and will save you hundreds of dollars of repair and the shop and thousands of dollars of frustration. These fit perfectly just like the OEM on a 2007 Honda Odessey. Just make sure you get the right part. Highly recommended.
