Replaced a couple of standard swinging doors with barn doors. Job came out well but needed a way to keep the doors on their assigned path. Enter these guides. Found them to be an easy install, easy adjust and rugged. They should last a long time without issue. Appearance is very good with a finish that should last as long as they are needed. All in all a very nice product.

These are sturdy mechanisms but the barrel roller in back is too large to fit behind my doors. I need to return but by the time I got several options and contractor showed up to test them I can’t seem to return. I’ve also purchase the soft close which I can’t seem to get support for after several email attempts. I really hope the seller will reach out and help us return these parts and help us better Ursula’s the parts we did buy. The product is solid but tricky to get just right when you have multiple doors side by side and trying to get a rail all the way across the way for both. In the end these floor guides were great idea but just too bulky for our application. We’ve purchased the rail, soft close and those floor stops from seller. Please help.

I had bought a different brand first but it was too thick to fit under the barn doors comfortably. These ones are perfect! Super easy to install and only took about 5 minutes. Highly recommend!
