Updated Review: Customer service deserves 5 stars. They reached out to try to help me which is more than I can say for most companies on here.Not great. Locks me out of the house frequently and I have to dig for my keys. Seems to jam up but nothing is binding it preventing it from opening. Very odd.

Comes as it is in the picture. I was assuming that this was a Wi-Fi unit, however that’s an oversight on me not reading properly. It comes at all the equipment as promised. However, if you have a left hand handle such as a garage which mine was placed on you do need to go into the app and switch it to left-hand door or the system gets confused and locks when it’s supposed to unlock and lock where it supposed to unlock however, if you’re looking for something not pricey and works on something that you don’t consider your front door or home it’s pretty standard than that if you want something for your home, I would just go with quickset or sleigh or one of the other larger brands that deal in digital keypad locks

Easy to install. It provides multiple tool to open the new hole. My old lock has the same size and I can just install it directly within 30 mins. It is easy to control through the phone. Good product for Airbnb.

So I set everything up and nothing works. Changed the batteries 3 times and nothing. And can’t return cause didn’t put it up right away and now to late. So probably skip this product.
