it is very small and hard, it was too uncomfortable for me to sleep with. you cannot turn, you have to stay in one position all night.

Pillow doesn’t stay in place in proper position and did not help with my pain. I was hoping to be able to sleep through the night pain free.

This pillow was recommended from a relative that has experienced the same issues I have. I really did not think it would help that much but I was pleasantly surprised. Low back pain improved by 75%. Pillow is made very well and offers support throughout the night. Because of shape it stays in place. Very happy I gave this a try.

Good design for side sleepers + soft stretch strap is ample size. This was even handy when shoulder hurt like it was out of socket - and I laid on couch on my back & looped this over elbow, beside me. Right height & used for a few days until shoulder pain gone!

This is the best purchase I've made in a very long time. It is small so it doesn't get in the way no matter what position you're in during the night and my sciatica and nerve pain (from bulging disks) is gone. I love this!
