I was a bit confused as I only got the stick and no hook. I went back to look at the details and as well as other reviews and it is supposed to come with a hook. I requested a replacement and I am hoping it comes with a hook this time. Iรขโฌโขm assuming I got a used product that was missing the hook hence why it was returned.

I returned this because it was useless. After a few uses, the black plastic screw-in parts came off revealing that it was held together with thick double sided clear tape. I actually lost half the hook in a dumpster and had to use another tool to retrieve it. It might work for a light snake weighing under half a pound, but with it held together by tape under plastic, why risk it? It's not well-built. The fact that it's held together with tape is risky for something called a "snake hook".
