The pH test kit has been useful for my gardening needs. It's easy to use and read the results, making it straightforward to test the soil.However, I'm not sure how accurate it is. The pH results look good, but the nitrogen part shows different colors that are out of the result range, making it unreadable. Besides gardening, I also used it for a little acid/base test for kids' science project, and it worked great.It could be better with more accurate nitrogen readings, but it still does a good job for general soil pH testing.

I have some bushes that I want to flower. I looked it up to find out what type soil they like. So I used the soil kit find out what the PH of my soil is. It is very easy to use. it worked great . It arrived pretty quick

Perhaps accurate on Ph. But inaccurate with nitrogen. I will try other products instead of this.

I have done a bunch of tests on my soil with these test strips. I just don't feel that they give an accurate reading. It also difficult to match the color on the strip with the color chart on the bottle. Often, these strips display multiple colors. I've used test strips for years for my swimming pool with no problem, but I can't seem to get these to give me consistent readings.

Not very impressed. Ended up throwing the lot out because it tested different soil at the same PH. I think the strips somehow got contaminated before they reached me, but we tested our sandy dry soil in the yard, potting soil and cheap garden soil and they all tested at the same PH level. Just really didnt seem plausible to me that all three samples from different areas would all be the same PH.

It's just what we needed. Basically looking for the ph for our veggie and flower gardens. Very helpful and affordable.
