The light up feature is cool but it needs to be dark outside to view it. The temperature gauge is fast and easy to read.

Worked great in the beginning after one year the lights stopped working, took it apart let it air dry, maybe water got to it, lights working now, I really liked it.. ..

I bought this less than a month ago not thinking I would need to send it back. I discarded the original box. Without it they won’t accept a return. Within a week the lights stopped shining brightly. The only color in the 3 color pattern that you could see lit in reflection was the green. I was unimpressed. I’ve had it now 3 weeks and the colors don’t show in the pool at all. It’s accurate at the temperature but the lights are a waste of time. I would not recommend this product unless you want to shop for a new one in a few weeks. This is the second light I bought from this company that was bad.

Have used this in my hot tub for the past year. Very cool fancy lights that make the water glow. Cool vibe. Oh and the temperature control works well too. Has lasted a year so far.

Worked fine for about 3-4 months, then it got water inside and now stopped working. Lights looked great when it lasted. Temperature readout was very accurate.

Had an issue with the light leaking after 7 months and contacted seller. Seller responded promptly and replaced light within a few days. Seller even follows up to insure all is good. Customer service was great!

No duró ni un año. Compré el mío después de abril de 2024 y ahora es completamente inútil. Se inundó de alguna manera, comenzó con algo de condensación alrededor de septiembre y para octubre teníamos que sacudirlo para quitar un poco de gotas de condensado del display. Ahora en diciembre ya no había forma de hacer lectura, se secó el condensado y generó sarro en el interior. Decidí desarmarlo en enero para que se secara bien y limpiar el display y encontré todo oxidado. Lo limpié y volví a armar y al meterlo al agua, se volvió a inundar, parece que el sello del vástago ya no es impermeable. Voy a reclamar garantía al proveedor, veré si me responde.

UPDATE: After reading my review, seller refunded me the money AND offered several products within equal or higher price range to compensate, since this product was not available at the time. I have chosen a Flamingo Thermometer which I am super happy with. Taking into account how seller stands behind their products, I am pretty sure, the original product is also of highest quality and mine was just a manufacturer's defect.Mine came in defective. Once i dropped it into a pool, water entered inside the thermometer immediately and shortly after it was covered with condensation from the inside. In addition, it would show that my pool is at 37-39 degrees Celsius (i wish I could get it so warm).

We use this in the river and the water is not all that clean. The previous thermometer got dirty to the point you couldn't read it at all. This one gets dirty at the bottom but we can see the water temperature clearly. Didn't bother with the light so can't comment on that.
