SONOFF Zigbee Bridge Ultra - Zigbee Smart Hub (Matter)
*Note: ZigBee devices from different brands may have compatibility and connection stability issues. Therefore, The ZBBridge-U Zigbee Smart Hub(Matter) only supports SONOFF brand and eWelink ecosystem devices to ensure connection stability, and does not support ZigBee sub-devices from other brands.
Please Turn on the Turbo Mode
1、Open the ZBBridge-U device page on the "eWelink Smart Home" APP, Click "···" in the upper right corner to enter the "Device Settings".
2、And find the "Pilot Features" and enter, Turn on the"Turbo Mode", and the ZBBridge-U can reach its maximum communication distance.
*Note: After ZBBridge-U is added to Google APP, the newly added ZigBee sub-devices will be displayed as offline in Google Home, but you can restore it by restarting the ZBBridge-U gateway or the Google speaker.

I bought it 2 weeks ago, to replace the previous model (ZB Bridge-P) that had many disconnection problems.With this new Hub (ZBBridge-U), I see that my Sonoff Zigbee network is very stable and I am using this single hub for all Zigbee devices (I had 2 ZB Bridge-P before).It is too little time to give solid conclusions, but what I have seen so far is more satisfactory than my Zigbee network was.

Zigbee compatibility with other devices is very limited. I thought I would be able to connect my philip hue bulbs via zigbee since they work with other sonoff products I have, but it is not supported. Check to make sure your devices are supported.

Was having some issues with my Sonoff Bridge-P so thought as I needed to reset and add all the devices again I would upgrade to the ProUnfortunately none of my 3rd party bulbs, zigbee power relay or smart sockets which all worked perfectly with the pro would connect to the UltraThis rendered the upgrade impossible so I returned to Amazon — it seems that Sonoff have different groups working on their different Zigbee bridges so there is no consistency when it comes to device compatibilityIt is a shame as coverage on the Ultra seems better and it also supports MatterUpdate: since writing this I have received huge attention from Sonoff support who have listened to and acknowledged my feedback - they say they are taking it on board and changes could be made in the futureBased on this excellent customer attention and feedback from them I have upped my rating to 3 starsThe Ultra is an excellent device if you are only connecting Sonoff devices - it is better made and has better signal quality than my existing Pro (also an Ethernet port) - if it supported the same 3rd party devices as the Pro it would be a 5 star review
