As a first time bread maker, I would have liked an explanation in the kit about what each tool is used for and how to use it. I’m mystified by it all. Otherwise it’s a high quality product and exactly as described.

I am so impressed with the quality of this kit and all the items I got for such a great price!It comes with everything I need to try and start making sour dough bread!I’m even impressed with the little instructional booklet, it is so simple and easy to read versus all the recipes and instructions I have found online. This one gets right to the point of what to do and how to keep it going without reading through all the other junk.Just started my first batch - we’ll see how this goes!

The product is great the only issue I have is that my bread lame came with no blades it just had a bunch of little papers where I’m assuming the blades were supposed to be

Everything is perfect! Cute and easy to use! The spatula to mix the dough is a little flimsy at the very top of the spatula, other than that everything works great.
