I’m new to the sourdough life and was starting from scratch (no pun intended). I did a or of browsing online and this set seemed to provide the most well rounded offerings for the price. I’ve been using these tools for about 6 months or so and I’ve been vey pleased. I’m sure you could find higher quality individual pieces but this is s solid stater set.
