Use these for the process of bulk rising sourdough bread! They work excellent! I use a bit of rye, flour or rice flour to help the bread not stick to the fabric. To clean you just brush the flower out or tap it a couple of times and it falls out. Easy to use!

This product came just as advertised. It was by far the best deal as far as bread baskets go! My only issue is that the “wood†seems to be prone to chipping, but other than that this is a great product!

This makes it so easy to make bread, they hold the shape of the bread, they clean easy, just sprinkle a little flour and you are good to go! The liner stains easy but I found a light hand wash works best to clean it. I wish they were cheaper so I could buy more, but they definitely hold up your dough better than the silicone bannetons.

I guess I shouldn't have washed and dried the cover but I did and the top is too tight on the basket, but the middle has a lot of wrinkles (sloppy fit) and leaves shapes on my loaf that look like a wrinkled cloth ;o)I like the scoring tool. The round dough hook - I don't like. Other tools a little on the cheap side, but for the price, I guess it's ok.

Been using this for a few years now, and the quality has held up so well! Th size of the basket is perfect for my sourdough loafs, and allows the bread to shape and proof well.The included accessories are awesome, and provide great value to this set! The brush is nice for cleaning the flour off, and the knife is sharp and cuts designs into the bread well.Definitely recommend this if you’re starting out on your sourdough journey!

Items arrived earlier than stated, however there was a smell of glue. After allowing it to air out for a few hours, the smell is gone. You will have to use a medium hwavy brush and brush the insidea to remove wood splinters before use.
