This is by far the best non sitck pan I have ever used, I primarily use it for eggs over easy and egg omelettes, I use a touch of butter on the pan no sticking and wipes clean with ease !!! Be sure to never go over 300o medium heat only with this pan Oki Doki, neil

I will be forthcoming and admit that I have not made any crepes on this pan, but the pancakes turned out really well. The pan has good heft to it, and the heat transfer is surprisingly even (gas stove) and browned the pancakes perfectly.The surface nonstick is quite good, and this was tested by making some smashed burgers, as well as doing some searing on some pork loin chunks, which it put a really nice and even crust on everything. There were some burned bits on the pan, as well as some scorched oil, and it all came off easily. I also ran the pan through the dishwasher (arthritic hands make handwashing painful) and it came out unscathed.The handle is some kind of faux-wood resin and has a silky soft texture and is very grippy and nice and thick for a good solid grasp on it. There is also a bit of an extended lip at the front, and it, combined with the great handle, made it easy to pan-flip (fold) a simple omlette I made.I definitely recommend getting one of these.

This is a well-made crepe pan that feels pretty heavy, but not overly heavy. The white color is nice and it is easy to clean after using it.I have only used it once so far to cook an egg, and it worked great. I actually found it slightly easier to use than a standard frying pan.I have not been able to make crepes yet because there was a problem with the spreader stick that came with the pan. The handle part of the stick was fractured and would not fit into the base. A portion of the stick was splintered off and missing from the package, which means it was already broken before it was packaged. If it had been damaged during shipping, the broken piece would have been in the box and I would have been able to glue it back together.So while the pan and the handle of the pan both seem to be high quality, the spreader stick is cheaply made and not the same quality as the pan. This seems like a manufacturer oversight. A better quality spreader could have made this a 5-star product.

This pan is wonderful. I've designated it as my omelette pan for now and I was not disappointed at all. I made an absolutely picture perfect 5 egg omelette (biggest I've ever attempted) and it was pure success. The omelette flipped completely in this non-stick pan. The whole flat round of yellow egg liquid flipped completely over with a flick of the wrist where it landed face down on the hot pan to reveal the fluffy, yellow bottom (no brown not even a hint of it) with flecks of bright green scallions. Of course a perfect French omelette. No further review is necessary. (I used Kerrygold white cheddar and lugubrious amounts of the same brand Irish butter)

It's great for both crepes and omelettes. It's very non stick and makes it easy to flip what I'm cooking. It heats evenly and is a very nice quality pan. It works great, I love it.

While this is meant to be for Crepes, I mainly use it for omelets and I absolutely love it. Plus, it matches my aesthetic in the kitchen as I've moved away from typical nonstick pans. Not sure what else to say other than it's a pretty pan that lets me make good omelets.

I ordered the "SouxMux Nonstick 11-Inch Crepe Pan with Spreader, Ceramic Coated Dosa Tawa Pan, Induction Compatible Flat Skillet for Pancakes, Omelettes, and More with Cool Handle, PFOA Free."I had to attach the handle when the pan arrived. The handle feels smooth and comfortable in my grip.I cooked corn tortillas on this so far, and it was so much easier with the shorter sides.I'll be using this pan a lot in the future.I don't know that I'd put this pan in the dishwasher. I've hand washed it so far and it was easy to clean.

I got this because when I was young, I had a French teacher that taught us to make crepes. I still to this day have her recipe. I've never had the right kind of pan for it though. And well, I still am not a good "flipper" but I am trying and it is much easier with this pan. I love the shape of the pan with slanting sides and it has made omelet making so much cleaner and half flips much easier. Love the easy clean of the pan. We do not put it in the dishwasher because of the wooden handle and are careful around the flames but all in all, this is a great pan!
