Q: WHAT CAN I DO when the infuser cap leaks the water?
1. Under normal conditions, the infuser cap should not leak when inverted or left upright with non-carbonated water.
2. If the bottle contains carbonated water (pressurized with CO₂):
·The infuser cap’s pressure-release valve will open under gas pressure when the bottle is inverted and left stationary.
·This is a safety feature to prevent over-pressurization, but it may allow water to escape through the valve.
Note: Brief inversion (e.g., shaking/mixing) should not cause leakage. Prolonged inversion or static storage in an upside-down position is not recommended.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this! Set it up today and am so pleased. I added mixed berries and made refreshing, tasty carbonated water. I know I will be using my OSCEVIA everyday. Love this seltzer machine. You could make any kind of soda you can think of with it, but my wife and I primarily use it to make seltzers and tonics for our bartending at home. It’s as good as the big name brand, and I like that it takes us very little footprint on the counter. The drinks taste great with it, and it’s easy to use. Carbonation can be adjusted to your tastes.

This sparkling water machine works great, I will say there was no Co2 included but I didnt truly expect it to be as it is needing to be shipped. It works great for my juices in the morning and even when I am just craving a sparkling water. I even put my mios inside and get it going that way. It is super easy to use and it does work quickly. I will say the bottles do make it a little difficult to store in the fridge but besides that I love this product.

This is what I have wanted for a long time! My family has another type. That one has been tried, but this item definitely compares! I like how you can make many different carbonated beverages - I just love my fizzy drinks. It is so slim-lined that it not only will look good on a kitchen counter, it also should fit into cabinets easily for storage. The cost seemed worth its value. I did have to purchase the cartridges separately which, for the style I ordered, was the screw top. Pay attention to the type of carbonation machine you get. Very easy to use, decent quality machine, and very attractive too. This fun item could definitely encourage my daily water intake.

I have a soda stream but I like to change things up from just having water. So this is perfect to carbonate my pommegranate juice or cranberry juice. The only thing I don't like is the containers being so tall hard to fit in the fridge and leak if placed on their side. I think better containers would make this a 5 star +.

I got this for my 84 yr old carbonated water loving mother! She absolutely loves carbonated water and just had a major surgery so I thought since she's not able to get out for groceries she could use this to carbonate her tap water.I have a soda stream at home and I'm starting to wish I gave her my soda stream and kept this for myself because it does so much more that carbonate water. You can use it for water, juices, coffee, almost anything!The only downfall and the reason I didn't give this item 5 stars is because it didn't come with a C02 canister so I had to buy that separately. I would prefer to just have everything come together in one kit. You do get 2 plastic BPA free cylinder bottles with different lids but no canister.The one thing we had issues with was teaching my mom how to use it. She kept looking for a switch or something and it was hard getting her to realize it's not electrical. Which we love! You could use this while traveling and bring it anywhere with you. No outlets required.The bottles are very tall and can only fit in certain spots in our fridge but will fit in most bags.It is very compact, sturdy and amazing quality and doesn't take up much counter space at all.Since it's not electrical to carbonate your beverage you just push the handle at the top down, pump a couple times, and shake the bottle before pouring it into a cup. It's very very simple to use, my mom uses it all the time and loves it! She likes having her friends from her building come over and makes them drinks with it. And the drinks taste great!Overall my mom loves it and I do too! It would make a great gift too!

This works so much better and faster than my soda stream ever did. I’m super happy with it. It’s simple, and allows you to carbonate your beverage far more.Only issue is I don’t know where I could get more bottles if needed.

I have always wanted one of these to make some carbonated coffee and this works perfect. This is very easy to use and setup. The bottles are great for carrying around as well. Good to have 2 bottles to keep things fresh. The design is also quite sleek and I wouldn't mind leaving this on the counter for guests to use. Just make sure you buy the CO2 tanks!
