This is a 540 can but it will work with Arrma Gorgon if you add the Hot Racing 8mm spacer. I upgraded to hardened steel spur and pinion, it meshes together well. I will be upgrading my differential gears next because this 4000kv is a little much for the inexpensive gorgon.

This motor has very good power for a 3s. Great speed and easy to install. Definitely a must of you're upgrading to a 3s or just simply replacing your current 3s system..

I updated to this from stock arrma infraction. The difference is day and night. Works as expected. It fits well. Obviously I had to upgrade the battery as well.

First off any reviews saying the motor failed is most likely user error as the motor itself is only 2s capable. The esc is 2s-3s not the motor. Currently Using this setup in my Fazer MK2 and have had zero issues in the 6 months of operation

Stopped working on second run . Wont turn on no flashing lights nothing tried different batteries and nothing.

I got into cars and to keep things easy, I migrated to Spektrum. The Smart aspect of the telemetry is nice, I mainly use it for motor temps, esc info, and battery info/voltage.The motor is very sexy. It has a 1/8" or 3.125mm drive shaft, very quiet and is running cool with my gearing. The ESC has the typical programming we have today - I did have to reverse my motor for my application. Easy via the ESC, can do in radio too.. I didn't trim anything or de-solder/re-solder because if I wanted to use this elsewhere - leaving connectors on made that easy. I'm not racing so the extra grams don't matter to me...

Motor is good, the fan on the ESC is not too noisy either and it has plenty of power. Just keep in mind the Plug situation. All my batteries are on XT60 plugs so I needed to make a plug for it.Overall, its a good Product.

Price was great, the packaging is solid, and the install was easy for a newbie. I did have to play around with where I plug into the receiver but that was my fault for not paying attention when dismantling the old system. I am going to upgrade the pinion gear and run 3s. With original gear and 2s it is faster but i want more. lol good unit so far. Will give it a five star if it runs like i expect with changes.

I would totally recommend this to anybody that has a Traxxas TRX four and wants to go brushless but for cheap because I’ve run two point twos with a 11 tooth pinion and a 45 tooth spur gear and she works great. 10 oh10 product.
