Nice little bit. Sharp, leaves smooth edge.

Very good quality. I like the protective cover on the bits. Its very affordable. I've been keeping a couple of these bits in my toolbox and they make crisp cuts that are promising. Would recommend to a friend.

I am using this bit too hog out material, like pockets. I'm running a hobby CNC with a palm router, so 1/4" is the shank diameter and what I feel comfortable using for removing larger amounts of wood. It's an upcut, so it leaves a fuzzy edge at the surface. I've been using it to cut slightly undersized pockets quickly, then I switch to a downcut bit to finish things off. I have several of this brand of bits, and they all have been great bits. They are not as expensive as the name-brand bits, but way better than the cheap ones. It's a great compromise for a hobbyist. They come packaged well and the tube is great for storing the bit between projects.I've been running this at 60"/minute, with a 0.050 depth of cut, at 18,000 RPM.

This is perfect for use on my router sled to trim aluminum overflow on my wood projects. I needed a tough bit for milling a small bit of aluminum which I pour into wood voids or an awesome effect. The problem is that it is very tough to mill aluminum because it heats up fast.I have to run it super slow but it does the job.

Great machining on this one. Supplied in a box with a separate protector for the cutting edges. Ultra smooth shank with specifications engraved. The flutes are wickedly sharp and flawless along the edges. Can't rate longevity yet but I will return to the review after use.
