I used this to cut slots in an aluminum extrusion. It worked much better than I'd expected.

I ran this faster and deeper than I thought I would be able to. Ramp into your material, and use a nice cutting/cooling fluid, and go for it. Nice bit, really.

I run lots of different bits and this brand is one I can for the most part count on as being a decent bit. Not the best but not the worst brand. I have had pretty good luck with the brand but have had a few that didn’t last very long or just not up for the job. They are not super expensive but not cheap ether. With so many choices I can usually count on them. If i am doing a big job or something that is really precise i don’t use them I will use a brand I trust a bit more. Not saying this is a bad brand.

THEY HAVE A DEGREE ANGLED CUT, BUYER BEWAREThe router bits will cut material at small degree angle sloping upwards.

This endmill has the good shape that I like and I have bought them before and they worked well. However this batch melted down quick on the exact same feeds and speeds. I may have bought a bad batch but will not buy again.

I use them on a 6X10' cnc router with a perske 7.5hp spindle and they seem to perform as well as anything I've tried.

1/4 x 1 O flute uncoated has performed well during the initial couple hours of cutting in 6061 Aluminum.Speed and feeds on vendor site work good.I will buy again.

Got what I asked for , using for my cnc package bit strange on my first ordered showed all end mill bits but it was mixed bits but it’s what I wanted
