I’ve been using this bit on 1/4 inch acrylic sheets and it does a great job. I purchased another just to have a back up.

I had 5 and used them randomly ( probably abused them a little if I'm being honest) cutting aluminum. When I examined them under a microscope I saw a lot of chipping on the cutting edges 3 of the five I deemed unusable, the other two had minor damage. Another brand that was in the mix didn't chip like this.

This is my favorite bit to date! Very sharp, clean cuts and for the price it's very worth it! I was using it to cut out some part on my cnc and there was a screw in the wood which is in the cutting path of the design, I didn't realize this and the bit hit the screw and broke ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ Very good bit thou!! I love it!!

These bits break too easy. Tried two with the same result. Have better luck with 1/8 shank O Flute bits versus this type that go from 1/4 to 1/8.

I ordered two in order to have a spare. The first one lasted months of cutting - was a nice bit. I dropped it (doh!) and broke on the concrete floor. The spare broke after 5 min of use. I do not recommend.

They came very quickly, and exactly as I expected! The cutters have great cutting geometry, razor sharp edges, high concentricity and very accurate cutting width!

I was trying to cut acrylic with a two flute cutter and it was a disaster. Melting the acrylic. This little cutter works like a charm.

Works fairly well on hard plastics and the bit is very sharp! Be sure not to touch the tip as it will cut you easily.

Its clear why people claim it breaks instantly. Conventional killed mine while manually milling.Rips alu and plastics like a champ in climb milling! decent finish with a roughing pass 2d adaptive
